Job Title: Machine Operator Assistant

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Machine Operating Assistant, where you'll be integral to our operations by efficiently packaging products into boxes and managing machine operations. This role requires staying active, as you will be on your feet for 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment, handling tasks ranging from filling boxes with plastic bags to operating and assisting with large machinery. Initial compensation is $20.81 per hour, with regular opportunities for raises as you learn to operate new equipment, potentially reaching $23-24 per hour within three months. Company does offer Double Time pay on Sundays.

Work Environment

The work setting is warm during the summer due to the plastic melting process but remains comfortable with temperature controls including fans and air conditioning. A casual dress code is allowed, provided there are no hoods, jewelry, or loose strings.
