Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller in the CPG industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing accounting software systems and ERP solutions, among other duties. This role involves a variety of tasks related to accounting functions, accounts payable and receivable, auditing, and budget processes.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Accounting Software Systems, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for payroll processing and other financial transactions

• Ensure compliance with Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) regulations in all financial operations

• Implement and manage ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems to streamline business processes

• Develop and implement ERP Solutions that meet organizational needs

• Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely payments and collections

• Conduct regular audits to ensure financial information accuracy and compliance with regulations

• Manage budget processes, including planning, tracking, and reporting.

Requirements • Extensive experience in managing accounting functions

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems

• Solid knowledge of ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with DCAA regulations and requirements

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Ability to oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Experience in auditing and implementing audit recommendations

• Ability to manage and streamline budget processes

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across the organization

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred

• Proven track record of implementing financial controls and processes

• Ability to interpret and analyze financial data to drive business performance

• Strong ethical standards and integrity.
