We are currently looking to hire a Market Quality Performance Manager based in Remotely!

This position is responsible for working within the QFS department of Danone North America and provides subject matter expertise on overall product quality performance from manufacturing to consumer use. The MQP Manager is the primary lead for NORAM's market quality programs. This role will also support the Customer Quality & Consumer Quality functions. This position will also be required to contribute to the MQP strategy development to increase team value.

The base compensation range for this position is $70,000 -$105,000 commensurate with experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• This role will have responsibilities as part of the Market Quality Performance team, focused on key programs & processes:
  • PNC Program (Product Non-Conformance)
  • Concessions Program
  • Foreign Object Retrieval Program
  • Store Check Program
  • Culture of Quality (iCare)
  • Support Customer Quality & Consumer Quality functions

• Contribute to MQP strategy development/improvement to drive team value

• All other duties as assigned by any senior member of the Systems & Market Quality department

Requirements:

* College degree in science or related field

* Minimum of ten (5) years work experience in quality in CPG industry or Trade

* Ability to create, analyze, and interpret complex data to provide recommendations

* Team player with a focus on people and process to effectively drive results

* Effective project manager with the ability to work autonomously with multiple functions

* Creative thinker with continuous improvement mindset

* Excellent communicator both written and verbal with audiences across multiple levels

* Must be adaptable and flexible
