Spherion Staffing LLC HVAC Maintenance Technician in Wichita Falls, Texas
Spherion is hiring for a HVAC Maintenance Technician for a local property management company who will handle all make ready activities for several high-rise office buildings in Wichita Falls. Candidates MUST have a background in HVAC to qualify and have knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and framing. Working schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities: - Get office units ready for new move-ins and will be responsible for the day-to-day care of various commercial buildings. - Move furniture - Check all lights and replace lightbulbs as necessary. - Evaluate flooring, baseboards, trim, doors, hinges and windows and replace/ repair as needed. - Assess air conditioning and heating unit, water heater, and all appliances to ensure performance as required. - Polish and varnish cabinets and other woodwork as needed. - Repair holes in walls and perform painting duties
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills: Need to have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and framing. Reliable transportation. Professional, neat appearance.
Education: High School
Experience: 1-4 years
Qualifications: Proven work history and extensive knowledge in HVAC. Mechanically inclined. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must submit to background check and drug screen.
