Spherion Staffing LLC Resident Specialist in Wichita Falls, Texas
Spherion is currently seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the role of Resident Specialist for a local apartment community. The working hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm with Saturdays as needed 10:00am - 4:00pm. Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities of this role will include data entry into Onesite Leasing Software, detailed review of Onesite to ensure data is accurate and complete, processing of financial transactions, preparation of payroll for Controller, maintain resident document files and all other files necessary for the operational activities. This role will also monitor pending work orders to ensure timely completion of work by maintenance and housekeeping staff. Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Skills: Task Management and Prioritization Effective Communication Reliability Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Financial acumen Education: High School Experience: 1-4 years Qualifications: At least 1-2 years experience with Onesite and Yardi leasing/ rental software's. Minimum of 1 year experience in preparing deposits, petty cash transactions and reporting. Minimum of 1 year experience with QuickBooks. Basic knowledge of payroll.
