What You'll Do:
Craftsmanship: Use your carpentry skills to install custom window treatments, elevating the look and feel of each home.
Problem-Solving: Tackle challenges head-on, adapting to each unique installation scenario with creativity and expertise.
Client Interaction: Educate our clients on the usage and maintenance of their new window treatments, leaving them delighted with their experience.
Customer Service: Provide top-notch service, ensuring a clean work environment and a professional demeanor at all times.
What You Bring:
3+ years of hands-on experience in carpentry or similar roles, you're ready to hit the ground running
You thrive in dynamic environments and can pivot seamlessly when things don't go according to plan
Your meticulous execution and high standards raise the bar for craftsmanship
You excel in both written and verbal communication, building trust with clients through clear and friendly interactions
Lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders are no sweat for you
A valid Driver’s License, so you're ready to hit the road in our company van
