Project Quality Manager, Koch-Glitsch, LP, Wichita, KS:
Job Duties:
Develop project specific Inspection Test Plans. Review Sales Orders and Purchase Orders to interpret complex quality requirements & specifications. Review and approve procedures, written practice, Non-Destructive Examination Certifications for contractors. Develop Project Quality Plans. Review Code requirements, specifications, work acceptance document sign offs, etc. with execution team. Perform internal auditing for Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015). Function as a primary contact to schedule On-Site Inspections for customer and third-party inspections.
Minimum Requirements:
5 years of experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance in Metal Fabrication industry including Oil & Gas, Mass Transfer, and Separations Technologies.
Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in all of the below:
- Material traceability & Positive Material Identification;
- Blueprint reading;
- Welding procedure specification;
- ASME Section VIII & ASME Section IX Code;
- Inspection: NDE: Liquid Penetrant Inspection, ASNT: Visual Inspection, & AWS: Weld Inspection; and
- Using ERP software for manufacturing such as SAP, Syteline, LN, or similar.
