Description and Requirements

Position : Technical Support Center Trainee

Location : Malaysia (for KYDP Trainees only)

Overview :

Lenovo is seeking a motivated Technical Support Center Trainee to assist in various stages of the technical support center workflow. This role will offer hands-on experience in technical support administration, strategic initiatives, and market analysis.

Responsibilities :

  • Technical Support Administration : Manage end-to-end case handling, including strategizing and closing loop actions or delegating to relevant departments. Monitor actions closely to ensure efficiency.

  • Team Support : Assist in improving staffing retention and supporting AI campaign programs by collaborating with different teams.

  • Market Analysis : Gain exposure to regional and market-specific needs by analyzing data and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to understand market behavior.

Graduate Requirements :

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, preferably with an IT background.

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is preferred.
