Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will provide quality customer service and support for a BTS customer service department on a daily basis.
The representative will field between 50-60 calls per day, including phone interaction, problem resolution, and account transaction processing in a timely manner.
Provide product knowledge and technical assistance as necessary.
Respond to customer inquiries. Enter information in a computerized database.
Communicate any problems or issues to management.
Schedule: Must be available to work between the hours of 10 AM - 1 AM
Potential to work either (5) eight hour shifts or (4) ten hour shifts
Must be able to work Saturday OR Sunday
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
1+ year Call Center Customer Service Experience
Proven track record of stable employment
Ability to work an 8 OR 10 hour shift, and able to work Saturday OR Sunday
Prior banking customer service experience preferred, not required
