JPMorgan Chase Security and Operations Cloud Product Manager, Vice President in Wilmington, Delaware

As a Product Manager in Network Product Line (NPL) / Global eXtranet Engineering (GXE), you are an integral part of the team that will be managing a groundbreaking product; establishing a global hybrid cloud solution to/from external business partner networks (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) while innovating new product offerings and leading the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. With a strong emphasis on security, scalability, resiliency, and stability, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional technology teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer experience.

Job responsibilities

  • Develops a global business partner cloud product strategy and product vision that delivers direct value to customers

  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap

  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition

  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability

  • Oversee development of common Global eXtranet Engineering public cloud network deployment standards across the global team

  • Develops a global business partner cloud product strategy that ensures the highest standards for security and telemetry

  • Works closely with our security and audit teams on a regular basis to ensure the highest level of network hygiene is maintained

  • Collaborate with Operations developers to establish consumable metrics and dashboards on the Business Partner product networks

  • Partner with development and network engineers in establishing design and deployment best practices keeping a strong view on security and operations

  • Acts as a business partner product liaison to the Security and Operations organizations

  • Assessing risk compliance and prioritizing remediation activities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area specific to the data networking field

  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

  • Experience planning, designing, building and implementing enterprise level security engineering products and solutions in a public cloud environment (i.e. AWS, Azure, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of public cloud networking

  • Excellent character, proven leadership skills, self-motivated

  • Able to influence others in a positive fashion

  • Strong communication skills

  • Comfortable collaborating with technologists and clients (internal/external)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization

  • Experience with AWS cloud services and familiar with Terraform

  • AWS Certified Practitioner/Cloud Engineer/Cloud Security Engineer/Cloud Security Architect

  • Financial institution experience

  • Google GCP Certified

  • Microsoft Azure Certified
