JPMorgan Chase Senior Product Delivery Associate, Knowledge Management Machine Learning Intelligence Operation in Wilmington, Delaware

As a Senior Product Associate in the Knowledge Management and Enlighten team, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our product roadmap. Supported by user research and customer feedback, and leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) capabilities, you will fuel the creation of an innovative Knowledge Management product ecosystem and continuously improve existing offerings. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization provides critical cross-line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees. Job responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic development, ongoing refinement, and execution of the Knowledge Management platform roadmap, with a strong emphasis on AI and ML capabilities, including using Large Language Models (LLMs) for Question Answering

  • Oversee data collation, requirement gathering, and coordination between multiple parties for roadmap/project updates, ensuring alignment with AI and ML initiatives

  • Collaborate with key LOB points of contact to understand knowledge requirements and provide actionable feedback, leveraging AI and ML insights

  • Conduct cost/benefit analysis for initiative prioritization and ROI optimization, particularly for AI and ML projects

  • Facilitate and drive solutions across the organization, working with legal, risk, operations, design, and technology teams to prioritize and deliver AI and ML-driven innovations

  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager and other quads to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies

  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements

  • Manages and raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources

  • Managing complex metrics

  • Creating and influencing new processes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including defining user experience needs, writing user stories, creating product value propositions, developing features and benefits, and developing roadmaps

  • Extensive exposure to Knowledge Management systems and Machine Learning products and technologies

  • Strong understanding of AI and ML technologies, including natural language processing, machine learning algorithms, and data analytics

  • Proven ability to synthesize large amounts of information to inform decisions and drive work forward, particularly in AI and ML contexts

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present facts, thoughts, and ideas in a clear, concise, and convincing manner to senior stakeholders

  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area

  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities

  • Experience in product deployment processes

  • Act as a consultant liaison

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience working in agile/scrum teams

  • BA/BS or equivalent level of education/experience

  • Self-starter, works well independently and as a team player

  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle

  • IT or technology background, a plus

  • Ability to educate and training

  • Ability to manage data and system application
