JPMorgan Chase Senior Product Delivery Associate - Platform Operations in Wilmington, Delaware

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Marketing Automation Platforms - Operations Vendor Management team, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.

The Marketing Automation Platform Operations Vendor Management team is responsible for third party oversight of strategic vendor relationships supporting Product, Marketing and Communications. This includes ensuring compliance with Third Party Oversight, internal policy and regulatory requirements.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies

  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements

  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources

  • Be the technical point of contact for the application and bridge between Marketing, Technology, Compliance and the vendor

  • Assist in application troubleshooting with third party vendor and internal teams when necessary and address compliance and technology issues as needed

  • Work closely with the Risk Control teams as Application Owner for break remediation planning and Software Development Lifecycle controls

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal (business and technology team members) and third-party vendors

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area

  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities

  • Experience in product deployment processes

  • Developing knowledge of SQL, Unix and SAML

  • Application development experience helpful

  • Ability to drive and influence policy, establish best practices, and define standards

  • Must be able to work independently with little supervision

  • Detail oriented with proven ability to question assumptions and identify opportunities within existing practices and results driven

  • Ability to influence and collaborate across organizations, demonstrates leadership

  • Comfortable with change within an evolving process

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle

  • Proficient knowledge of File Transfer, API and Cloud Technology

  • Strong project management capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable presenting to executive audiences

  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills

  • Familiarity with IT control processes around Risk and Compliance
