ManpowerGroup Human Resource Generalist in Wilsonville, Oregon

Our client, a leading company in the global foodservice, is seeking an HR Support Specialist to join their team. As an HR Support Specialist, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the HR Manager and HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner). The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Wilsonville, OR

Timeline: This is a three month long role to support while someone is on leave and it could go longer

Pay Range: $28

What’s the Job?

  1. Executing transactional core HR processes (e.g., coordinating and conducting new associate orientation, onboarding, transitional return to work, leave administration, OSHA reporting, etc.)

  2. Providing coaching and guidance to associates and supervisors regarding policy and procedure.

  3. Supporting hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and staffing plans.

  4. Supporting and maintaining the eTime system and payroll-related activities.

  5. Supporting HRBP to drive an inclusive and diverse culture and administering programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction levels.

What’s Needed?

  1. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite products, specifically Excel (filter, pivot tables).

  2. 5-7 years of experience in HR or related fields.

  3. Experience in Human Resources preferred and/or an equivalent combination of related training and experience.

  4. Bachelor’s degree (not required) with major or emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

  5. Willingness to conduct new hire orientation and work in person, adhering to the HR office dress code of blue jeans and a nice collared shirt or blouse.
