Description We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst I for our manufacturing team based in Winchester, Kentucky. This role primarily involves providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 level helpdesk support in a Windows environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at troubleshooting computer hardware, software, printers, audio/visual applications, and basic problems with Local Area Networks. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Offer Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk support, aiming to resolve end user's issues effectively.

• Independently manage and execute projects without supervision.

• Proficiently use the helpdesk software to track hardware, software, and software licensing.

• Document procedures related to job duties for future reference.

• Perform daily checks of IT related equipment at our Winchester, KY facilities to ensure good working order.

• Familiarize with the necessary hardware, software, and other equipment for smooth onboarding of new employees in their respective departments.

• Participate in an on-call schedule to handle any IT related issues outside of normal working hours.

• Assist with running network cabling, willingness to get scissor lift and genie boom certified is a plus.

• Travel to other locations as needed to address IT related issues.

• Utilize skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments. Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development

• Knowledge of Cisco Technologies

• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies

• Understanding and experience with Database Management

• Expertise in EO/IR systems

• Competency in using Active Directory

• Ability to handle and troubleshoot Apple Devices

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware

• Experience in Configuration Management
