Shenandoah University Assistant or Associate Professor of Accounting in Winchester, Virginia

Shenandoah University’s Office of accounting is accepting applications for an Assistant or Associate Professor of Accounting. This is a full-time benefited position located on our main campus in Winchester, Virginia.

The School of Business at Shenandoah University invites applications for a full-time faculty position in accounting. The position is at the rank of assistant or associate professor and will begin in August 2024. The School of Business is accredited by AACSB International. The school offers a Bachelor of Business Administration. Faculty are expected to participate in teaching, service and scholarship.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Teaching accounting courses

  • Participating in faculty responsibilities such as scholarship, teaching, and service.

  • Others as specified in the faculty handbook.

Required Skills

Education:

  • Ph.D. or the equivalent in and accounting discipline

  • Scholarship commensurate with the position requirements

Required Experience

Experience:

  • Teaching experience if applicable.
