Job Title: General Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled General Maintenance Technician with experience in electrical work, conduit bending, and commercial electrical maintenance. This role involves a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including electrical wiring and conduit bending.

• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and repair any issues.

• Use basic hand tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks.

• Assist with carpentry and construction tasks as needed.

• Maintain a reliable and consistent work ethic.

Essential Skills

• Experience with basic hand tools.

• Knowledge of electrical wiring and commercial electrical maintenance.

• Ability to bend and install conduit.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Carpentry or construction experience is a plus.

Work Environment

This position is based in a small shop with a relaxed dress code where shorts are acceptable, and no steel toes are required. Tools and safety glasses will be provided. The work is primarily indoors, although the large bay doors remain open, making it occasionally cool. Some outdoor work may be required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windber, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00
