Merchants Bank Item Processing Supervisor in Winona, Minnesota
Merchants Bank, Winona, has an opening for an Item Processing Supervisor. This supervisory position will manage the workflow of Item Processing and lead a team that verifies and balances daily bank transactions and reports, processes all types of incoming files from various electronic banking channels, works with cash letters, and completes adjustment notices. Also involves security duties pertaining to software enhancements and maintenance of the system. This position will have a high level of contact with Tellers and software/hardware vendors. This position will work on Disaster Recover planning and testing. Leadership experience preferred. This individual must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Must be able to multi-task, work under deadlines in a fast paced environment, and problem solve. Hours generally are Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm. This position may work some evening hours and being available for questions from our evening staff. Also may involve working an occasional weekend if needed due to software updates.
