EIM’s Sr Technical Product Managers (Sr. TPMs) lead delivery of world-class platform products for our customers. Leveraging your deep experience and passion for healthcare, technology, and solving customer problems, you’ll develop a data-driven product vision and strategy, and lead a product development team to help bring to life some of healthcare’s most promising opportunities in digital health, patient experience, personalized care, and healthcare operations.
As a Sr. TPM, you’ll focus relentlessly on customer needs to establish and dynamically update the vision and strategy for your product area. Using data and analytics to support your decisions and recommendations, you’ll work extensively with internal customers, group leaders, cloud architects, product development engineers, and cybersecurity experts to define the customer problems, business opportunities, target objectives, and desired outcomes that your products address. Working backwards from the desired outcomes, you’ll drive definition, prioritization, and development of the product capabilities and features that are the most effective and feasible. And you’ll constantly push the envelope toward strategic innovation, forward-thinking approaches, and potential commercialization.
Drawing from your prior expertise launching successful Beta and v1 products, you will adapt precedents and are comfortable making significant departures from traditional approaches in order to streamline delivery. You’re a skilled facilitator and influencer who guides cross-functional teams in thorough yet fast product discovery, rapid prototyping and experimentation, and iterative-value product development. You’re a servant leader to your teams and colleagues – setting the example, clearing roadblocks, facilitating team learning and growth, and ensuring continuously improving processes to maximize remarkable, timely, high-quality solutions.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00
