This is NOT for a Mailroom- THIS is for a Dispatcher Responsibilities: Coordinate and dispatch resources efficiently in response to service requests. Maintain constant communication with field personnel, providing instructions and updates. Keep accurate records of dispatch activities and generate performance reports. Address challenges and obstacles during dispatch operations, collaborating with stakeholders for solutions. Utilize dispatch software and tracking tools to manage resources effectively. Provide excellent customer service, acting as a liaison between customers and field personnel. Handle emergency situations by following protocols and coordinating responses. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (additional education/certifications preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with dispatch software/systems. Ability to make decisions under pressure. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to be fully dynamic and work with various types of personalities.
