To strengthen our Global Travel Retail Organization, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Coordinator (B2B), to be based in Wollerau, Switzerland.

Within the Travel Retail (TR) organization, Customer Service aims at strategically supporting business growth and delivering value through the operational execution of customer service activities.

Job responsibilities:

In this multifunctional role, you ensure a top customer service experience by taking care of specific retailers/customers independently. You manage, enter and process all incoming orders from your customers, whilst taking fulfillment and stock availability into account. On top of that, you also monitor the timely finishing and shipping of the orders. You work very closely with the sales force of your marketing area and the regional offices as well as with the internal departments on site. In addition, you help improve the daily processes and you handle claims and issues.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who brings:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a very similar, international position in a B2B environment

  • Commercial Background or similar with practical experience in Customer Service; Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline preferred

  • Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus

  • Work experience with a common ERP system in order management, and general IT-affinity

  • Able to set priorities and manage time efficiently

  • Flexible and independent individual with the ability to adapt (agility & flexibility) in a fast-growing environment

  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Structured work approach

  • Excellent communication and customer service excellence-orientated personality being service and quality minded

  • Detail-oriented
