Job Title: CNC Programmer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled CNC programmer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for reading and interpreting technical blueprints, inputting design specifications into computer modeling software, and adjusting machine cutting paths. You'll also perform quality checks on the final product and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process. Your duties will also include signing off on quotes, participating in purchasing parts, and training operators and setup individuals.

Skills

  • Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models

  • Knowledge of MasterCam and Fusion360

  • Selecting and loading the correct cutting tools

  • Adjusting machine settings to product specifications

  • Troubleshooting and process improvement

  • CNC Programming

  • CNC Mill

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Wood Dale, Illinois.

Work Environment

You'll be working in a medium-sized, well-lit facility with a production shop feel. The facility is temperature controlled and offers a conducive environment for a CNC Programmer.
