The Branch Concierge helps the flow of members coming into the branch. Providing support to tellers and other associates with various functions of day-to-day operations. This position will drive unparalleled member satisfaction, net promoter score (NPS), member retention, cultivate a culture of excellence, and contribute to the overall success and reputation of the organization. Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA experience for $5,500 paid over a 2 year period, and $2,000 for Non-DNA experience paid over a 1 year period for all branch and member experience center positions. Major Duties and Responsibilities Assist in greeting members and helping with their basic needs including but not limited to Interactive teller machines Performing bill swaps and obtaining rolled coin Help members sign for and obtain preprinted debit cards, check orders Appointment scheduling Lobby stocking and organization Compile membership packets and stock lobby supplies as needed Monitor office supplies for reordering Assist other Blaze associates and vendors Other Duties Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control Exhibit Blaze's 5A culture - Ambassador, Achievement, Ambition, Ability and Attitude?
