Job Objective(s): The Sales Assistant/Outreach Director is instrumental in driving sales performance by supporting the Director of Sales in achieving sales objectives and enhancing the resident experience. This dynamic role encompasses outreach, sales engagement, customer relationship management, and coordinating events. Job Responsibilities and Duties Connect with local healthcare providers, senior organizations, and community groups (hospitals, clinics, physicians, social workers, community centers). Create personalized outreach like educational seminars, informational luncheons, and regular meetings. Inform referral sources about services, amenities, and improvements with educational materials. Host joint events with medical and community organizations (educational, social, or health-focused). Solicit and use feedback from referral sources to enhance services and referral processes. Acknowledge key referral sources through appreciation events or recognition programs. Conduct needs assessments with priority accounts for sales opportunities. Document client interactions in Hubspot. Research competitors for pricing and incentives. Update referral networks on unit availability. Oversee final apartment inspections. Arrange welcome gifts with handwritten notes. Guide new residents and families with community tours. Update referral sources on new resident transitions and status. Manage inquiries and confirmations post-marketing campaigns. Assist in event setup, breakdown, and attendee engagement. Respond to inquiries from reserved families. Manage new leads and incoming calls during DOS unavailability. Provide secondary tours and accommodate walk-ins if DOS is unavailable. Support DOS during scheduled tours with a strategic presence. Qualifications: Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Professional and friendly demeanor. Experience in a senior living or similar environment is a plus.
