Description Position at Lifespark Woodbury Health Care Center,a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community, is looking for a dedicated and passionate Receptionist to join our growing team. Woodbury Health Care Centeris home to seniors requiring TCU (Transitional Care Unit) Care and Long-Term Care. We are in Woodbury, right next door to Woodbury High School. We have been helping seniorsAge Magnificentlysince 1979 and are part of Senior Care Communities, a local non-profit supporting seniors. Location:7012 Lake Road, Woodbury MN 55125 Schedule Available:Full time Contact a Lifespark recruiter: Essential Job Functions Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors and staff. Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed. Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner. Assist with typing, filing, ancillary input, payroll and distribution of mail, accounts payable and personnel files. Assist with the business office functions to include administrative support. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent. Related administrative experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job is preferred.
