Additional information is available on Eagle’s website at www.eagleus.com. The Director of Insights and Analytics - Oncology/Acute Care collaborates closely with the Heads of Commercial and Finance. This position directly contributes to Eagle’s strategic ability to deliver revenue goals. This is a key leadership role within the organization, collaborating to analyze and recommend opportunities to drive revenue. Responsibility includes current marketed products of BELRAPZO® and PEMFEXY®, RYANODEX®, BARHEMSYS®, BYFAVO, and pipeline assets. ResponsibilitiesPerform analysis on commercial trends across the Distribution, GPO, Hospital, and Clinics including deep dives at a territory or customer levelConduct market analysis to create, implement and develop strategic product plans and performance objectives; including but not limited to launch analytics to achieve maximum revenue, growth, and profitabilityDeliver data driven insights through the development of Factbooks and KPI Dashboards which will provide the basis for performance measurement and decision making across the organizationContribute to overall commercial data strategy, including identification of suitable data sources and turn it into actionable analytics that drive data-driven decision makingBased on the commercial trends, partner with Finance to ensure the latest information is captured for budgeting and planning purposesProvide insights on demand trends to supply chain, finance and other parts of the organization to improve demand planningAssist the executive team with pulling together insights and analysis for business reviews and board meetingsPartner with data management resources to streamline the reporting and data flows with the goal of delivering faster insightsQualificationsBachelor’s DegreeMasters Degree or MBA preferred with a preference for Big Data & Analytics, Operations Research, Finance or Economics10+ year Data Science and AnalyticsOpportunity Gap Analysis - Commercial Predictive AnalyticsSegmentation AnalyticsPricing Strategy Experience5+ years in Pharmaceutical Industry with Knowledge of various pharmaceutical data setsForecasting and commercial analytics experience preferredSoftware:Coding: SQL, R or PythonAnalytics: Tableau, QlikExecutive Presentation and communication experience All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.Apply for this job onlineEmail this job to a friendShare on your newsfeed
