Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Woodland Park, New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for processing a high volume of orders, managing shipping instructions, updating customers, and providing excellent customer service. This position is primarily located in an office setting within the telecom industry.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and input customer orders on a regular basis

• Follow up with shipping and inventory departments to ensure timely delivery of orders

• Handle various shipping instructions and coordinate with relevant departments

• Regularly update customers on their order status and handle any queries or issues

• Utilize basic computer skills to maintain and update customer records

• Answer inbound and outbound calls, providing high-quality customer service

• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and email correspondence

• Assist with other responsibilities as needed, including mail merge and order entry tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound and outbound calls

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional experiences

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail

• Experience with email correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, including mail merge functionality

• Familiarity with order entry systems and processes

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively

• A team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

• Proven track record of reliability and responsibility in previous roles.
