Below are some details about the position:

• ONSITE with 25% travel

Description:

• Develop, install, and commission plant controls & automation systems

  • PLC programming in ControlLogix

  • HMI development in Wonderware (Aveva)

  • MES support / data collection

  • Troubleshoot automation issues through internal help desk system

  • Design & specification of plant control system architecture (including control panels, hardware, and communication protocols)

  • Partner with 3rd party controls engineering partners

  • Commission VFDs

  • Travel to other internal sites (up to roughly 25% of the year, one week at a time max)

  MUST HAVES:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience

  • Advanced ladder logic programming within Allen Bradley PLCs

  • ControlLogix

  • Advanced HMI Development

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a similar field

  • SCADA

  • Liquid movement controls experience

  NICE TO HAVES:

  • MES

  • Food and beverage industry experience

  • 10+ years of relevant experience

  • Wonderware (Aveva Archestra)

  • .NET

  • SQL
