Robert Half Human Resources (HR) Manager in Worcester, Massachusetts

Description

We are looking for a proficient Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team based in the gretaer Worcester MA area. The HR Manager will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including managing all HR-related functions, ensuring compliance with state and federal labor regulations, and handling benefits administration and recruiting aspects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring adherence to Federal, State, and Company requirements, and organize recruitment events in collaboration with other departments.

• Handle all logistics associated with onboarding, including coordinating transportation, hotels, flights, and creating training agendas.

• Manage benefits administration, including workers compensation, FMLA, and health, life, and disability insurance.

• Develop, implement, and maintain employee development programs, assessing employee needs, and coordinating training programs.

• Maintain and develop company policies, including updating the employee handbook as needed.

• Administer the annual review process, ensuring all managers complete department reviews within the given timeframe.

• Oversee 401K plan administration and reporting.

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee human resource records.

• Provide guidance to staff regarding personnel and benefits issues.

• Utilize HRIS, Excel, and backup payroll systems as necessary

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with a focus on HR management

• Proficient in using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM)

• Familiarity with various Benefit Functions

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to ensure Compliance with labor laws and company policies

• Proven experience in managing Employee Relations

• Familiarity with Hiring Processes and Onboarding procedures

• Experience in Benefits Administration and Benefits Coordination

• Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits strategies

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Familiarity with Corporate HR practices

• Understanding of Company Policy, Policy administration, and Policy development

• Ability to coordinate and execute effective onboarding processes for new hires.
