BAE Systems Principal Systems Analyst in Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio
Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a Principal Systems Analyst to join our team supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) High Performance Computing (HPC) Modernization Program (DoD HPCMP) and Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) DoD Supercomputing Resource Center (DSRC) located at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The successful candidate will serve as a lead Systems Analyst for HPC engineering and operations and will liaison with senior government personnel supporting critical national DoD HPC systems.
Management of overall technical scope of projects. Works with team members to execute defined project tasks and commitments to meet milestones, deliverable development, and delivery. Works with the Government Technical Project Lead to manage scope and coordinate communication with Team BAE and HPCMP Leadership. Will also have direct reports including Systems administrators, Network engineers and Integration teams.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years working experience, or equivalent experience; candidates with Armed Forces college courses or associate degrees, extensive certification, and additional experience are highly encouraged to apply.

2 years experience in various HPC systems, various HPC technologies:
Cray/Cray EX, IBM, SGI, Penguin, or custom architectures
Linux variants OS
InfiniBand (IB), Intel Omni-Path interconnects
Portable Batch System (PBS), Simple Linux Utility for Resource Management (SLURM), or IBM Platform Load Sharing Facility (LSF) schedulers
Intel Xeon, AMD EPYC, or ARM CPUs
Nvidia graphic processing units (GPU)s
ITIL Foundation
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $102200 - $173700
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
