What Impact You'll Make :

As a Senior Process Engineering & Tools Manager you will drive operational excellence and product quality through innovative process engineering. As a leader of the process engineering team, you will be instrumental in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring maximum productivity and product quality. Your strategic guidance will be essential in launching new products efficiently and resolving manufacturing challenges promptly. By owning and influencing budgets and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will significantly impact the company's bottom line and overall success.

Your leadership will be pivotal in developing and motivating the process engineering team to deliver exceptional results. You will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Your ability to make sound judgments and adapt procedures will be crucial in achieving optimal outcomes while maintaining efficiency and compliance.

By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, you will play a vital role in enhancing our manufacturing capabilities and driving the company forward.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Define and control production process including tooling and equipment. Validate shop floor application of new product, tools or equipment.

• Coordinate and lead projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.

• Leads the team. Develop others by empowerment and proper task delegation. Include team members in various projects. Take active part in appraisal and development processes. Attract and retain talents.

• Reviews department objectives for adequacy and consistency with corporate objectives.

• Leads others to find creative solutions within complex manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Employs sophisticated operational/product management, manufacturing or engineering techniques.

• Interact with adjacent functions to solve issues. Evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.

• Monitors progress against project schedules and budgets; recommends allocation of resources as required to accomplish goals.

• Developing expertise in own function. Influences policy and ensures delivery within area of responsibility, linking with other parts of the organization.

• Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.

• Presents business and technical discipline solutions to leaders. Communicates complex messages and negotiates mainly internally with others to adopt a different point of view. Influences peers to take action.

• Extensive knowledge of engineering practices and principles as well as understanding scientific methods of problem solving

• Must be proficient in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project)
