POSITION SUMMARY The Project Coordinator I role will support the day-to-day business needs of the Project Managers and Company through the production process of a fire apparatus. The Project Coordinator I will work with Project Managers, Engineering, and Dealer Representatives to produce critical documentation of the project. The Project Coordinator I s support of the Post Sales Group will be critical for departmental success. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS All employees are required to support Rosenbauer's Mission, Vision, and Values. The following are the essential duties of this position and do not include marginal functions that are incidental to the performance of fundamental job duties. The scope and duties of a given position may change or be temporarily altered based on the business needs of Rosenbauer. Communicates with Project Managers, dealers, and departments within Rosenbauer throughout the production of the fire apparatus. Creates documentation from the interactions of Project Manager with customers, and dealers. This will include but is not limited to first scrub review of contracted files, taking notes during customer interface meetings, and assisting in documentation of customer mid-point and final inspections. Communicates concerns from employees on the production floor to the Project Manager. Converts Quote Writer files into various Excel sheets for other departments use. Assists Project Managers by running errands during customer visits and assisting in scheduling events/meetings for the Project Management Team. Checks for issues and give solutions for correction according to Quote Writer. Communicates with dealers through phone calls, and Emails. Updates drawings when changes need to be made. Prepares files for the preconstruction processes. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the company.
