What You Will Achieve
Develop strategic roadmaps, marketing programs, media schedule and promotion plans, with the end goal of driving incremental revenue, acquiring potential customers and generating additional mass brand awareness
Guide and supervise the marketing team to ensure efficient implementation of marketing new products, FSS and key door focus with targets achieved
Monitor and analyze all performance metrics related to the omnichannel, index on consumer experience, etc.
Develop a consumer-centric brand program to strengthen local customer engagement and brand awareness and to maximize the effectiveness and profitability of FSS
Take the lead of all aspect of marketing programs and collaborate with Commercial and Education teams to develop a strong program year-round in driving the effectiveness of promotion and consumer events to complement key launches and re-promotes
Build a strong retail marketing team to create the best business synergy with key retailers
Ensure timely accurate forecasting and availability of saleable and non-saleable stocks for promotional programs, control and maintain healthy stock levels, promotional stock usage and obsolescence
Assist Brand General Manager in developing annual advertising and promotion budget for individual marketing programs, monitoring overall spending for within approval budget
Follow up with Brand General Manager for local pricing strategies and conduct regularly competitive pricing and make recommendations
Develop omnichannel strategies and monitor/evaluate online marketing programs to support product launches
Develop and review CRM strategies and mailing calendar to increase the brand’s customer retention and drive more visits to counters and FSS
Visit stores regularly to check on
Effectiveness of marketing programs and promotions
Competitive activity
Retailer’s satisfaction with co-op activity
Develop marketing team members so that all can work together to achieve marketing goals
Qualifications
What You Will Need
Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Marketing, Business or equivalent
Minimum of 10 years of experience including driving demand and presenting marketing plans at a senior level
Creative with the ability to think big and outside the box to envision ideas that can meet business objectives and optimize strategy and campaign execution in an ambiguous environment
Strong communicator and presenter with entrepreneurial mindset
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and develop strong long standing internal and external relationships and be able to ‘manage up’
Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, work independently, and complete tasks under time pressure
Excellent command of English and Chinese
