Job Description Summary

Responsible for product complaint management, ensure that the complaint management process of the factory complies with procedures, and regulations.

Job Description

  1. To receive customer complaints and adverse events of product quality, coordinate the investigation and analysis of complaints and adverse events, monitor the trend of complaints and adverse events, and customer visits.

接收产品质量的客户投诉及不良事件,协调投诉及不良事件调查和分析,监控投诉及不良事件趋势;以及客户的走访。

  1. To participate in company management review related work.

参与公司管理评审相关工作。

  1. To participate in internal quality audit and continuous improvement of factory quality system.

参与内部质量审核和工厂质量体系的持续改善。

  1. To Maintain good contact with SH QA and DCHU, communicate timely, and feedback quality information.

与SH QA和DCHU保持良好的联系,及时进行沟通,反馈质量信息。

  1. To lead the investigation and improvement of quality anomalies and product complaints.

主导质量异常及产品投诉的调查及改进。

  1. Comply with and implement all EHS requirements.
