Richmond Community Services DSP Supervisor in Yonkers, New York
PLEASE NOTE: This position requires the applicant have Direct Support Professional Supervisory experience of 3 years at minimum. Candidates who do not meet this criteria are encouraged to apply for a Direct Support Professional role in our organization.

Under the direction of the Residence Manager, supervises and provides direction to the Direct Support Professional (DSP) employees assigned to her/him to ensure that Richmond quality standards are maintained in the delivery of care to the residents, and is responsible for the operation of the residence as assigned by the Residence Manager.
Education:
A minimum of an associate degree or equivalent preferred (in a health-related field preferred), bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of three years previous supervisory experience
A minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Other:
Valid New York, New Jersey or Connecticut State Driver License 3+ years in good standing
