The UPS Store The UPS Store Associate in Yonkers, New York
We are looking for a UPS Store Associate to work in a fast paced environment with heavy emphasis on detail-oriented customer service. Store Associates are expected to be able to consistently and efficiently process customer shipping requests and follow packaging protocols while also multi-tasking with Amazon return requests.
Beneficial Skills include: POS system proficiency Ability to type accurately and quickly. Familiarity with basic technology and office machines (emailing, scanning, copying, faxing, etc.) Ability to lift more than 40+ lbs. Conflict Resolution Ability to speak Spanish. Passport Photo-taking Familiarity Applicants with proficiency in any of these additional skills or are able to acquire these skills are encouraged to apply with heavier consideration: New York Notary Public License Graphic Design (Portfolio) Packaging Competency and Expertise (With proven competency)
