Essential skills:

1. Remove asphalt from around utilities and drains with the use of a pavement breaker.
2. Guide equipment operators with hand signals and assist with the use of a shovel/broom.
3. Make sure roadway is cleaned of debris so road can be reopened to traffic.
4. Assist with chaining and unchaining of equipment for mobilizations.
5. Traveling extensively within 200 mile radius of York, PA with ability to provide own transportation to project sites within such work area.
6. Flexibility in hours he/she can work.
7. When not performing cleanup duties add additional support to crew as directed by foreman.

Physical Requirements of the Essential Functions:

1. Must be able to lift up 60Ibs from ground level to waist level and 30Ibs to above shoulder level throughout a scheduled work shift.
2. Continuous standing and walking required throughout a scheduled work shift.
3. Must be able to perform simple grasping and fine manipulation tasks with both hands.
4. Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, and crawl.
5. Must be able to work outdoors in wet, muddy, cold, hot and humid weather.
6. Must be able to work on uneven surfaces.
7. Must be able to perform job with constant awareness of co-workers, moving equipment, and live traffic.
