Dearing Compressor Data Entry Clerk in Youngstown, Ohio
SUMMARY
This position will work under close supervision of the facilities manager and follow specific procedures or detailed instructions. The Data Entry Clerk will help maintain records, control inventory, support job scheduling, and assist in maintenance programs. Programs to assist in will include but are not limited to Preventative Maintenance, Inventory and Stock, Plant Equipment and Fleet Vehicles.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assign and schedule preventative maintenance and repair jobs within the system.
Maintaining and updating maintenance records to ensure accuracy on plant and fleet equipment to include repair history, parts utilized, and time tracking.
Maintaining inventory of spare parts and critical spares.
Ensure accurate record keeping with the maintenance software.
Utilize reports to identify potential cost savings.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have excellent computer and word processing skills (Word and Excel)
Must have hands-on and working knowledge of computer-based work order management systems.
Must be capable of working accurately with attention to detail for repeatable processes.
Experience with mechanical systems and plant equipment a plus.
Experience with Netsuite ERP a plus.
Must possess a valid state driver's license, or the ability to obtain one.
