General Electric Sales Leader in Zagreb, Croatia

Role Summary:

Accountability for driving the business in cooperation with Wholesalers and Distributors in the region in order to achieve GE Healthcare business goals by providing planning, growth and strategy within the assigned territory. Currently looking for a results oriented person who operates with high degree of integrity, self-motivation and responsibility to establish regional plans, forecast and coordinate activities related to direct and indirect market approach.

Essential Responsibilities:


Perform regular reviews and analysis on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis in regards to market potential, market share, sales, orders planing and marketing strategy – account planing on the assigned territory.

Presentation of products on the assigned territory and high competence in terms of products knowledge.

Regular visits to customers not less then 7 visits/day (target specialists are radiologists, cardiologists, nuclear medicine specialists, oncologists, neurologists, nephrologists).

Preparation of activities for scientific and educational events (Congresses, Symposia, Workshops).

Manage the relationship and regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Management of distributors and wholesalers within assigned terrotory.

Translate company strategy into actionable plans to fulfil local customers needs and requirements.


As deputy of responsible person for pharmacovigilance needs to assure administrative support in surveillance, monitoring and follow-up of adverse drug reactions according to applicable regulations on pharmacovigilance and monitoring of local medical literature.


Bachelor’s degree from University of Pharmacy and Biochemistry or University of Medicine

Strong sales experience in the specific region

Experience managing distributors

Understanding of the market, including customer/business issues, trends, and competitive issues.

Fluency in both Croatian and English language - written and spoken

Valid driving licence of B category.

Knowledge of MS office.

Advanced selling skills, presentation skills and negotiation skills.
