Job Description Summary

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our suite of intranet applications that cover all functional domains within an electronics manufacturing plant. Your role will also involve delivering applications for Grid Automation DT projects globally. You will leverage your expertise in ASP.NET, Oracle DB, Windows Server, IIS technologies, and SAP to ensure the successful delivery and maintenance of these applications. Additionally, you will utilize your experience in DevOps, support management (ITSM), ISO 27001/2 audits, and global project management to drive excellence. Your role will also include managing IT networks, backup systems, and IT infrastructure asset management. Your ability to quickly learn and manage existing applications, combined with effective teamwork and a customer-centric approach, will be key to your success in this role.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Management: Oversee the suite of intranet applications, ensuring they meet the functional needs of the electronics manufacturing plant. Manage updates, improvements, and issue resolution.

  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your strong background in ASP.NET, Oracle DB, Windows Server, IIS technologies, and SAP to deliver and maintain high-quality applications.

  • Process Knowledge: Apply your process knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP to manage and enhance applications, ensuring alignment with business processes and operational requirements.

  • Global Projects: Develop and deliver applications as required for Grid Automation DT projects worldwide. Collaborate with international teams to meet project objectives.

  • Customer Focus: Actively engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that applications align with their requirements. Provide exceptional customer service and support.

  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively as a team player, contributing to project success and fostering a collaborative work environment. Demonstrate a proactive and go-getter attitude.

  • Learning & Adaptation: Quickly familiarize yourself with the existing suite of applications to manage and enhance them effectively. Adapt to changes and new requirements as needed.

  • Project Management: Apply project management skills, utilizing either waterfall or Agile methodologies, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

  • DevOps Experience: Utilize DevOps practices and tools to streamline development and operations.

  • Support Management & ITSM: Manage support operations and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.

  • ISO 27001/2 Audits: Oversee and ensure compliance with ISO 27001/2 audit requirements.

  • IT Network Management: Manage IT networks, ensuring stability, security, and performance.

  • Backup Systems: Oversee backup systems to ensure data integrity and recovery capabilities.

  • IT Infrastructure Asset Management: Manage IT infrastructure assets, including tracking, maintenance, and lifecycle management.

  • Communication Skills: Communicate clearly and effectively in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven track record in delivering and managing applications for electronics manufacturing plants or similar industries.

  • Technical Skills: Strong expertise in ASP.NET, Oracle DB, Windows Server, IIS technologies, and hands-on experience with SAP.

  • Process Knowledge: In-depth understanding of business processes related to electronics manufacturing and how they integrate with SAP.

  • Education: Preferred certifications in relevant skills and technologies.

  • Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies (waterfall or Agile).

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent English and Spanish language skills, both written and verbal.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 2-3 times a year as required.
