Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, SV Hotel AG. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

– You are the chef's right-hand and are responsible for the kitchen during his absence

– You are responsible for the smooth running of the two restaurants, the bar, in-room dining, the banquet department and the VIP lounge

– You support the training of apprentices

– You are responsible for front cooking and serving food

– Compliance with and implementation of ISO and HACCP guidelines

– You have completed a cook apprenticeship and have at least three years' professional experience as a cook

– Your knowledge of German corresponds to level C1-C2: competent use of the language and knowledge of English level B1-B2: independent use of the language

– You are a warm and dynamic host personality and have a talent for organization as well as good PC skills

– You are flexible, resilient, team-oriented and like to lend a hand

– You have a passion for the cooking profession and enjoy interacting with guests
